5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Then, 4 rounds of:
10 HSPU
15 KB swings 53/35
Then, 3 rounds of:
50 double unders
15 knees-to-elbows
Then, 2 rounds of:
20 wall balls 20/14
30 sit ups
Then, 1 round of:
800 m run
50 burpees
* Only one person works at a time, but must run together. Break up reps anyway.
