Mark MuuriseppHead Crossfit Level 1 Trainer
Coach Mark has been training with Crossfit for 8 years and has always loved rowing but recently discovered that he doesn’t mind a good Toe to Bar workout Either. He loves spending time with his family, especially his dog Ringo who is definitely his favorite child! He also enjoys mountain biking and building cool lego sets when he’s not at the gym kicking butt. Something really neet about Mark is that he is a 5-time karting champion from back in the day! He’s also performed at Disney World twice so he’s basically a jack of all trades. When asked why he is a coach he replied:
“After my injury, I wasn’t sure if I could ever do Crossfit again let alone get back to the level I was at. With this uncertainty came a new appreciation for what I could do and a desire to show you don’t always have to do the Rx options or higher-level movements, you can still enjoy CrossFit and get just as much out of it from scaling. I want other members to know that being older isn’t a limiting factor either. I also love when members achieve a goal or skill for the first time, like Double unders or Pull-ups. It’s neat getting to watch their reaction and excitement.

A cool fact about Hannah is that even though her initials spell HAM, she’s been a vegetarian for 13 years. When asked why she wants to coach, she replied:

“I’ve always enjoyed learning as much as I can about my interests and hobbies and love being able to show others why I think those interests or hobbies are so great, I really enjoy watching my friends succeed and being able to play a part in their fitness journey is truly humbling and inspiring. Crossfit really is for everyone and showing others the benefits of this community both inside and outside of the gym is nothing shy of awesome.”

“Coaching Crossfit had been a dream of mine. To be able to have such an impact on other women and help them prove to themselves what they may think impossible is possible. To help them grow their self-confidence and know that everyday, hard-working, woman can do amazing things AND have fun while doing it! To break the social norms of women chasing after the word “Skinny”, and to start redefining what fitness really is by way of reaching every generation of women in my community. THAT is why Coaching CrossFit is my Passion!!!
Brandon AndrewsCrossfit Level 1 Trainer
Coach Brandon has been training CrossFit for about 2 years and decided to start coaching because he enjoys sharing his love for the sport! If he had to pick one movement in CrossFit, Ring Muscle-ups are his favorite. Coach Brandon also used to be a competitive speed skater and now when he’s not at the gym you can probably find him down at the beach living his best life. He dabbles in the bongos and used to play them in a band, too! If you ever get the chance to take one of his classes you won’t regret it.
