If you are trying to get your first pullups, hang from the bar for :35 with a :50 rest between, repeat for 6 rounds.

20 jumping lunges ( 2 reps per lunge), 2 pushups
18 jumping lunges, 4 pushups
16 jumping lunges, 6 pushups
14 jumping lunges, 8 pushups
12 jumping lunges, 10 pushups
Continue this until 2 jumping lunges, 20 pushups
800m Run
30 jumping squats, 4 pull-ups
25 jumping squats, 8 pull-ups
20 jumping squats, 12 pull-ups
15 jumping squats, 16 pull-ups
10 jumping squats, 20 pull-ups
800m Run
