2nd – 8-10 Burpees
3rd – 10 Wall Ball 20/14
4th – 10 HSPU or 20 sec of HS Walk
5th – 20 Russian Twist w/ Wall Ball
If doing 16.4 Friday night do this as a 20 min EMOM plus a ROMWOD.
