Metcon (Time)
While wearing a 20 pound vest or tactical vest participants will complete for time:
1 mile run
50 pull ups
40 wall balls (20#/14#)
30 toes to bar
20 burpees
10 deadlifts (315#/225#)
1 mile run
This can be done as an individual or with a partner. There will also be scaled options available. We will run heats, starting around 9 am to 12ish
