All right guys, as you all saw the announcement of 16.1, the logistics of running 70+ athletes thought this workout with the set up our gyms would disrupt your Saturday brunch plans. So a slight change in our plan of attack. Todays class workout will be 16.1. So everyones doing it. Please come during any class if possible in order to reduce numbers for Friday Night Lights. Yes, we are still hosting Friday Night Lights 6pm at HPCF. If you did it in class that day still come for the good time.
For Monday, there will be the option to redo 16.1 or an alternate workout. During every class. Hopefully, 16.2 will let us get back on track. Thanks for being flexible.

8 Bar Facing Burpees
25 Ft OH Walking Lunge
8 C2B Pull-Ups
*Jump over the bar after each burpee
*Mark out lines in 5ft increments for the lunges, every 5ft is 1 rep

*Mark out lines in 5ft increments for the lunges, every 5ft is 1 rep
