New Location here we come! We will be making the move to the new location Friday – Sunday this week.
We are excited to share it with all of you on Monday!
Friday Evening Classes (4:30 & 5:30) will be CANCELLED.
There will be NO class on Saturday, as well as no CrossFit Kids Class.
During any of these times all members are welcome to drop-in at 336 CrossFit.
Friday (4pm, 5pm, 6pm)
Saturday (9am and 11am)
High Point CrossFit – CrossFit
Overhead Squat (8×1, tempo 5 sec down, 5 sec at bottom, 5 sec up)
All together, your coach will call out tempo

Complete each separately for time. You choose the order.

– Row 1000 meters

– 200 Double Unders or 300 Singles
Metcon (Time)
– 30 Shuttle Sprints – 50ft, 4 pt. touch, every touch is 1 rep
Metcon (Time)
– 15 Ring or Bar Muscle ups or 30 Banded Ring Muscle ups
Metcon (Time)
– Accumulate 5 min in the Front Plank quickly as possible.
