30 strict HSPU with HS hold
30 toes to bar with hang from bar
50 foot overhead walking lunge 55/35 plate
-You may only rep when partner maintains hold. Except the lunges.
– Each partner will complete 30 reps at each movement before moving on. Then lunge one at a time.
