In order to give everyone additional opportunities to get fit. We will be adding an Open Gym time on Sundays from 2-4 pm. This will alternate between 336 CrossFit and High Point CrossFit. All members of both gyms are welcome to attend. This would be a great chance to make up a day you missed during that week, work on additional skills, or spend time on flexibility and mobility. We hope this provides convenience for everyone. We will kick it off at HP CrossFit this week.
