These are walking lunges. Bar comes from floor.

Between each set of Lunges. Hold a L sit on rings or support on rings or top of push up on rings.

Ring Dips
Box Jumps 24/20 (must step down)
Modification for ring dips are ring push-ups or deficit push-ups.
